rofl I really don't think it is but it would be good practice for wejay, besides if they can't handle one day a week then what makes you think fucking they can handle 1 interesting thing to say everyday
As for your questions my good sir I feel there are things that humans can't possibly have true knowledge about based on them mentally being in this state of 'reality' and what you refer to as a soul is what defines our perception and what we carry with us upon death. Everything is such a loose interpretation of just random bullshit that has inevitably concocted itself into what we see today based on what? I think within the human spirit are several properties, which when they react with our physical brain give us emotion, which is why things like hate and love are stronger then physical logic such as self preservation. So basically when you start showing signs of personality is when the 'soul' activates, meaning that hypothetically not every animal, maybe not even every person has a soul. But the collection of things that have what could be described as a hive mind such as with ants and the queen probably has all the tiny parts manifest itself into something similar to a soul.
Anyway I'm just talking out of my ass because I personally believe that the old lame saying of it's the journey not the end that matters makes the most sense when it comes to your purpose in life, so if you really did know your exact purpose or of what happens you'd say fuck it and not treat life the same way you do without that knowledge
Besides it's probably just your soul launching itself into your moms vag when your dad cums in her and you do it for the lulz

All are very good points, especially the ladder in side the vagina plant. TRK, your definition involves what you call the "human spirit", and I think that your breakdown of that definition will give us more insight. distinct entity separate from the body which emcompasses the individual as a whole, emotional characteristics, and an inner feeling of connection with the supernatural, may it be karma, wishes, gods, or other invisible forces. You could break this down into being hopeful, feeling lucky, or having a mental focus that pushes to manipulate the outcome of a situtaion without any physical involvement.
The question of whether one has a soul or not cannot be narrowed down into physical or expressed "signs", because a soul is within the being and is seperate from the muscular/skeletal system. Two lawls. It all comes down to whether one can "feel" emotion (even if they seem to show it) and whether they feel any sort of bond to another creature, be it natural or supernatural. Those without souls, I'd imagine, would not have a reason to be upset about it, because they do not care either way, despite their words. They seek rewards and avoid punishment just as we do, but these are all outwardly consequences, because they have no morality and only primal urges. They can maintain jobs, because they want the money, so they will seem normal in many ways. But if they want something (their id, that is) and believe they will not suffer any authoritative punishment, they will go for it, such as getting away with murder.
I believe the soulfulness or soullessness is determinded at the physical formation of the being, because a soul does not "appear" at any time during growth -- it cannot be measured or examined, and just as the cell can begin to grow on its own, so can the soul.
Animals - there is no difference between a man without a soul and an animal. If it's comfort or food or shelter the id wants, it will try to achieve it to the best of its intellectual capabilities. Can an animal love you? It depends how far up Maslow's hierarchy of needs animals go. Even a person without a soul still abides to the hierarchy and needs to feel belonging. That is why many will start their own families, wife and kids, the whole deal. That's okay, it's not a genetic disorder.
I do think some people are just empty shells. You can tell by looking into their eyes.

True. I believe that a lot of cases are broken souls, but what about the people who are just that way? The one's who had a normal childhood and still end up watching/making snuff films and killing animals just for fun?
